I don't want to be bothered with any difficult decision making, beyond deciding between red or white sangria. An ideal vacation for me, involves adopting the pace of the culture around me, seeking out the spots the locals love, with some unhurried sightseeing sprinkled in here and there, and a heavy dose of reading and laying in the sun. Whether you're headed to Bali or Barcelona, a little pre-departure planning on what to pack and where to stay is of course necessary, but should allow you more peace of mind once you've arrived at your final destination.
