How soon will I receive my order?
-Unless it's in the Ready to Ship section, all orders are made to order, and there is a 2-4 week lead time before an item will ship. Once your piece is ready, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail and you will receive your package within 3 business days for all domestic orders within the continental United States, based on your location.
Are your packages insured?
-Yes. All shipments are insured and come with tracking and require a signature of an adult (21+) upon delivery for items valued over $500. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you offer additional shipping services?
-Yes. For information regarding additional shipping services please contact us before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
-Yes. We ship internationally using FedEx International Priority. Please note buyer assumes full responsibility for any customs fees, duties or taxes for the import. If you will require international shipping please contact us before placing your order for an estimate.
-Please note we may occasionally reuse shipping boxes in effort to reduce waste. Thank you for your understanding and support as we seek to be more conscious.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
-Unworn, undamaged merchandise is eligible for a return or store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase. Please return the unworn item in its original packaging to us within 14 business days of your receipt. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs and must include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. Returns can either be fully refunded to the original payment method or store credit may be issued. To inquire about beginning a return, please email email@example.com.
Which items are not eligible for returns/exchanges?
-Pieces which have been sized, engraved or otherwise customized are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered final sale. Any bespoke/custom orders are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Why don't I see my ring size available?
Due to the design of certain styles, they may not be able to be sized more than a few sizes. If you have a question about sizing please contact us before purchasing to see available options.
Can I customize the length of chain on necklaces?
-Yes. If you are interested in changing the length of chain on a necklace please contact us before placing your order. A small change in price may be applicable.
How will my jewelry be packaged?
-Your jewelry will arrive in a beautifully branded velvet box inside a protective outer box, ready for gift-giving or perfect for storage.
Is your jewelry considered sustainable?
-I do my very best to produce all my jewelry with mindfulness in respect to sustainability for the planet and ethical practices for those who produce the materials that go into each piece. I use only 14k recycled gold for all of our cast components and all diamonds are in compliance with the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme. My longterm goal is to eventually transition into using only certified fairmined gold and becoming a fairmined licensee.
What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
-To keep your jewelry in the best condition, be sure to remove it before any strenuous activity, sleeping or going into water of any kind. When you're not wearing it, keep it in a safe dry place like the packaging it came in or your jewelry box.
-To clean your jewelry, a soft toothbrush and simple unscented dish soap is all you need. Wash, rinse, dry gently. Wear often. Repeat.
