SHIPPING

How soon will I receive my order?

-In order to reduce waste,  most pieces are made to order, and there is a 2-4 week lead time before an item will ship. Once your piece is ready, we will ship via USPS 3 day shipping, with full insurance, and you will receive your package within 1-7 business days for all domestic orders, based on your location. Occasionally, some pieces may be available in the ready to ship section. Pieces in stock and ready to ship will ship within 48 hours of order placement and payment processing.

-Do you offer rush processing?

Yes. Rush processing may be available for certain pieces for a $25 fee. Please inquire before placing your order at info@bexonjewelry.com. 

Are your packages insured?

-Yes. All shipments are insured and come with tracking.  A signature of an adult (21+) is required for orders over $500 upon delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you offer additional shipping services?

-Yes. For information regarding additional shipping services please contact us before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

-Yes. We ship internationally using FedEx International Priority. Please note buyer assumes full responsibility for any customs fees, duties or taxes for the import. If you will require international shipping please contact us before placing your order for an estimate.

-Please note we may occasionally reuse shipping boxes in effort to reduce waste. Thank you for your understanding and support as we seek to be more conscious.
